An ideal training plan for boys and girls from 14 to 19 years old

Dates 12/7 -18/7/2020

The training plan is for athletes and athletes with a fairly high level of skill and a limited number of entries. (24 athletes in total divided into  groups of 8 )

A hybrid plan that includes high-intensity individual training and 1on1 attack skills combined with systematic neuromuscular training exercises through structured motor patterns of each skill. Implementation of the motor skills in developmental Basketball and the Attack and Counter philosophy.

Athletes and athletes will be selected based on their skill assessment and previous coaching experience. Prior to final registration, there is an evaluation procedure related to the technical level of the athletes to determine if they can handle the requirements and specifications of the training plan.
