Standard specialized training plan which applies the Attack & Counter development system.
It is a highly technical training, which includes skills of offensive movements with or without the ball and analyses the 1on1 situations in each condition that athlete is expected to face.
The Attack and counter development system will help each athlete develop and learn the “key” skills needed to develop into a truly great basketball athlete.
This training plan will help kids learn:
- Skills in every situation 1on1
- How to develop ideal foot movement in relation to each skill in basketball.
- The first step and its key contribution to 1on1.
- How they will develop aggressive thinking and confidence in their movements and reduce the fear of failure through focused coaching.
- How they will showcase their 1on1 moves, either inside or outside the basket, through a multiple option system depending on defensive positioning.
- How they will deal with help from a second defender.
- Ball handling skills and how they will use them.
- Surprise skills, developing the ability to score in the surprise situation.
- Unblocking – cuts and screens, their use to make it easier to score.
- Receiving the ball and executing (shooting) in each condition .
- Pull up shooting

*Each athlete who participates in the EOBC goes through a technical skill level evaluation process in order to be included in the training plan and group that fits their athletic profile and needs.
