Specialized training plan on the technique of performing each kind of shot, adapted to young ages.
This is a quality training plan through which athletes will know the ways to become better offensive players.
Achieving the basket is one of the basic requirements for every basketball athlete and this is something that must be developed from an early age, through a systematic method of training that is functional and applied. This is exactly the part that young athletes will work on.
The basic training items will be the following:
- Finishes near and far from the basket
- Technique and ways of performing the shot
- Shot off the catch
- Dribbling shot
- Pull up shooting skills
- The technique of correct motor pattern during the shot execution
- Neuromuscular exercises
- Fakes and shot
- Visual field development and usage patterns during execution
- How to position myself away from the ball
- How and when I will make a cut in the paint
Prior to the final registration, each athlete has an evaluation process to determine if he / she can meet the requirements of the training process.
